Our team

Andriy Senyk is a graduate of The Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Law Faculty and Faculty of International Relations. He is a licensed Attorney at Law and specializes in Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Tax, Labor and Administrative law, as well as Litigation & Arbitration. He has got over 10 years of experience in jurisprudence and 7 of them are in foreign production companies (as a Head of legal department).

Working languages: Ukrainian, English, and Russian.

Marko Mandrusiak graduated from The Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2015. His specialities are Corporate Law, Information Technologies, Personal Data Security, and Real Estate. Marko joined "J&L Consulting" team in 2018. The spheres of his expertise are business structuring, project management of foreign business in Ukraine, support for international contracts, legal analysis of business, and investments. 

Khrystyna Didun graduated from the Law Faculty at The Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a master's degree. The main spheres of her expertise are corporate and migration law. She specializes in cases related to visa issuance, entry, employment and legalization of stay of foreign citizens in Ukraine.

Kateryna Stus is a graduate of The Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and holds the degree in accounting and audit of industrial companies.She advises international and domestic clients in financial, tax, administrative and accounting spheres and has got over 15 years of experience.

Oksana Shala holds a diploma in accounting and auditing from The Ukrainian National Forestry University in Lviv. She deals with all accounting and bookkeeping issues as well as financial and tax advice.

Oksana Kulyk is a graduate of The Academy of National Economy in Ternopil. Her speciality is Economics of Industrial Enterprises. Oksana has got over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and tax accounting. She deals with all the issues of taxation and financial accounting in Ukraine.

Maryana Marko is a graduate of The Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Her speciality is Finance. She deals with all the accounting and bookkeeping issues as well as financial and tax advice. 

Olha Lupak graduated from Lviv Accounting and Credit Technical College, her specialty is accounting. Olha has got over 20 years of experience in accountin

Viktoria Bura holds a diploma in accounting & auditing and applied linguistics from Lviv Polytechnik National University. She deals with all accounting and bookkeeping issues as well as financial and tax advice.

Yuliya Leskiv holds a diploma in applied linguistics from Lviv Polytechnik National University. Julia joined the “J&L Consulting” team in 2015. In the company, she deals with administrative issues, translations, search and recruitment of personnel for foreign and domestic companies.

Victoriya Zaretska graduated from National University of  Forestry Engineering, majoring in "Management of Organizations and Administration". Despite the manager's education, Victoriya found herself in accounting. Experience in accounting and management accounting is 5 years. One of the main spheres of her expertise is accounting support of PEs.

Anna Kupchenko graduated from KNTEU with a master's degree in finance and banking. Anna has got 4 years of work experience in the field of accounting and is a subject of initial financial monitoring.
