J&L Consulting LLC is searching for a Project Manager/Project Coordinator

We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience of Business setup. The successful candidate will work directly with international and local clients to ensure deliverables stay within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible from A to Z. We're looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. Project Manager tasks: 

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders 

• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects 

• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables 

• Define tasks and required resources 

• Collect and manage project team 

• Allocate project resources 

• Create project timeline 

• Create communication routines 

• Monitor and report on project progress 

• Evaluate and assess result of projects 

• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge 

• Experience as a project manager at least 3 years 

• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management 

• Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills 

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office 365 

• Great educational background, on the fields of engineering/ business development/finance, Master's degree preferable. 

• Excellent English skills, written and verbal, other additional language is seen as a plus. 

• Solid organizational skills including great attention to details  

• Advanced time management and analytical skills 

• Experience working with both local and state authorities 

• Always searching for the best solution 

• Working successfully on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines 

• Excellent interpersonal skills 

• Driver's license  

• Ready to travel inside and outside Ukraine
