International company in Lviv region is searching for HR Manager position

Main responsibilities:

·         Creation and implementation of company HR policy

·         Recruit and select candidates for the company with the respective attitude and technical skills;

·         Organize and follow up educational and training policy within the company;

·         Establish a strong cooperation with line managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies very fast with the highest quality;

·         Define and run process for performance review and salary adjustments;

·         Train line managers on best practice assessment, recruiting process, and selection tools;

·         Create efficient salary contracts with employees, bonus agreements, benefits and compensational options;

·         Contribute to creating a safe and comfortable work environment supporting trust and productivity;

·         Manage or contribute to projects in relation with current needs of the team or organization;

·         Implementation of qualification upgrade policy for employees;

·         Arrange internal social events and team-buildings;

·         Implementation of Lean principles on the factory;

·         Preparation of HR budget and periodical follow up of deviations

Main requirements:

·         At least 2 years’ experience working on the position of HR Manager in industrial environment;

·         University Degree;

·         The ability to target qualified candidates and screen resumes identifying potential matches;

·         Good knowledge of recruiting assessment tools;

·         Working experience in international companies;

·         Superb communication skills - perfect communicator able to engage the attention of candidates for our positions;

·         High tolerance to stress and ability to work under pressure, personal time management;

·         High analytical skills and learning ability;

·         Deep collaboration skills

·         Energy and enthusiasm;

·         Knowledge of English (upper-intermediate: written and verbal);
